Sales Development Representative
ThroughPut Inc. is seeking talented and competitive Sales Development Representative that excel in building and managing Director to C-Suite Level relationships within industrial operations, finance, technology, and supply chain roles. Successful Candidates will play a fundamental role in assisting organizations to unlock untapped potential enabled through their enterprise supply chain data. Positions are available at our San Francisco Bay Area Corporate Office, remote/hybrid locations in the US. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with two to five years of inside sales/telemarketing experience delivering quality CXO (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.) business leads to highly motivated enterprise sales executives, and managing existing CXO relationships. Some expertise in industrial value chain operations (supply chain, maintenance, military, manufacturing, field services) is expected.
Job Responsibilities:
Full ownership of CXO correspondence management & lead generation
Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales team and founders
Respond, engage, qualify and quantify inbound industrial CEO/CFO/COO/CXO/Board leads and inquiries
Engage current users to enable Board Level Meetings targeted towards driving organizational change through Decision Intelligence
Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product and R&D, to manage total sales funnel throughput (from lead to close to customer success)
Hold informative and engaging conversations at the executive level over the phone and email about data, operations, and financial impact
Be eager to learn and act as the subject matter expert on ThroughPut.AI’s product offerings and solution development skills

- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value to prospects and existing customers
- Strong and professional communication skills — written, verbal, presentation, data
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence, Salesforce, and similar applications
Key Metrics:
- Number of CXO touch points per month
- Number of CXO Meetings set up per week
- Number of Demos set up per month
- Number of New CXO Contacts added per week
- Percentage of Existing Accounts/Relationships Restarted
Compensation:
- Base Salary
