Ali Raza
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ali comes from a deep academic and real-world industrial operations in process simulations and operations management. He has managed onshore/offshore/war zone logistics as well as batch, continuous, and discrete manufacturing setups. At Schlumberger, he became one of the youngest Geomarket Production Services, pioneering 3 projects and serving 50+ industrial clients. His production teams were responsible for billions of dollars of hydrocarbon output to the global economy. Ali joined his first tech startup while still an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania. Since then, he has been eliminating one global bottleneck after another, with his current focus on optimizing supply chains that extend to Mars.

Seth is an 8x serial entrepreneur with 6 exits and dozens of financings. ThroughPut is Seth’s 4th Industrial IoT & AI company. Seth’s deep background in Industrial Economics & Big Data has led to the development of ELI’s proprietary financial engines. In his 25+ years in international corporate development, Seth has orchestrated hundreds of Strategic Partnerships, Channels, and Transactions. Seth spent 8 years living abroad, including Europe, where he was responsible for cross-border transactions and venture financings with the leading European industrial powerhouses.
Bhaskar Ballapragada, PhD
Chief Technology Architect
Bhaskar is an Industrial Process Design Engineer who has over 20 years of expertise building large industrial facilities from Concept to Design, Implementation & Operations. He has spent 15 years building large-scale data platforms that process billions of time-stamped events per day to optimize operations, automate processes and improve productivity in public & private company executive roles. Bhaskar has leveraged his expertise in Big Data Analytics & Data Science to scale up multiple businesses over 10x within short spans of 18 to 24 months each. Bhaskar has built ThroughPut’s highly scalable and customizable AI platform, the missing piece to the success of every company’s industrial operations and digital transformations.
Anzar Kamdar
Head of Industrial Data Science
Anzar has multiple masters degrees in Artificial Intelligence, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain from leading German & American universities. Anzar comes from a utilities grid and shop floor data optimization background, where he leveraged self-developed machine learning modules to improve output and efficiencies for major industrial corporations. Anzar leads Data Science at ThroughPut, managing both the development of the ELI platform, as well as Data Science Special Projects.
Cameron A. Nazeri
Strategy & Operations
Cameron is a serial cross-border entrepreneur with deep expertise in design and product launch. Cameron previously was at Apple, working on the iPhone 4 launch alongside Ron Johnson. Cameron manages all innovation groups and accelerator relationships for ThroughPut. Cameron maintains all databases, websites, and software application suites
Anita Raj
Product Marketing
Anita is a result-oriented product marketer who combines her technologist bent of mind with her keen eye for new-age marketing to deliver real business outcomes. Currently, leading Product Marketing at ThroughPut Inc, Anita is focused on setting the organisation up for hyper-growth. She is also a member of the prestigious Forbes Communication Council and an executive board member of the renowned The Fast Company. Anita has been published across multiple technology publications including CloudTweaks, Thrive Global, DZone, PMMHive and Product Marketing Alliance.
In her previous stints, she has worked with multi-million enterprises and high-growth startups across the U.S, U.K and Germany including EMC, Infosys, Progress Software, Brillio, LeanIX, Signavio, and more.
Genevieve Shattow, PhD
Head of Analytics
Genevieve is the Head of Analytics for ThroughPut, where she focuses on everything from architecture to z-scores. A Data Scientist with a background in both industry and academia, she has over 5 years of experience in IIoT, mainly in temperature monitoring for food and drug safety, including recent COVID initiatives. Her models and metrics for asset management are used by multiple Fortune 5 companies. She has degrees in Astrophysics from Columbia University (BA, New York, NY), University of California, (MA, Santa Barbara, CA), and Swinburne University of Technology (PhD, Melbourne, Australia), where she did her dissertation on the effects of environment on the evolution of galaxy clusters in large scale simulations.
