Among the many hats he wears, Alan is also a speaker, author and active member of several non-profit organizations and universities. He works as a Strategy Advisor, Researcher and Theory of Constraint (TOC) expert and educator, with both Fortune 500 companies, as well as NGO’s and Government Agencies.

Dr. Ramesh is a visionary who is responsible for optimizing the FasTrak lanes across the Bay Area Highways, showcasing how data simulations eliminated bottlenecks back in the day. Ramesh’s Carnegie Mellon University Research team was the first group in the world to look at the “shifting bottleneck” problem from an AI perspective. Ramesh’s team included Nobel Laureates like Herbert Simon (the father of Decision Sciences & Applied Artificial Intelligence).

Curtis Feeny has invested in enterprise software for 19 years with a focus on data analytics. His boards have included Khan Academy, Stanford Federal Credit Union, Staples (SPLS:NYSE), Ayla Networks, Kaggle, Wise.io, Autogrid, Sensys, Social Survey, and numerous other successful startups. Curtis serves on the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Executive Network, a professional organization with 500 Valley tech companies and 2,000 C- level execs as members. He also invested early in Plangrid (acquired Autodesk), Accuray (IPO), and other successful startups out of Stanford University. He served on the board of Trammell Crow Company (TCC: NYSE), which was purchased by CB Richard Ellis (CBG: NYSE) in 2006.
Curtis was appointed by President George W. Bush to be a Trustee of the Presidio Trust. Previously, Curtis was the first Executive Vice President of the newly formed Stanford Management Company, helping oversee the University’s endowment from 1992 to 2000, when assets under management grew from $1.5 billion to $9 billion. Curtis has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.

He has managed onshore / offshore / war zone logistics as well as batch, continuous, and discrete manufacturing setups. At Schlumberger, he became one of the youngest Geomarket Production Services, pioneering 3 projects and serving 50+ industrial clients. His production teams were responsible for billions of dollars of hydrocarbon output to the global economy. Ali joined his first tech startup while still an undergraduate student. Since then, he has been eliminating one global bottleneck after another, with his current focus on optimizing supply chains that extend from Silicon Valley to Mars. Ali holds a BSE & MSE from the University of Pennsylvania in Chemical Biomolecular Engineering with concentrations in Pharmaceutics & Biotechnology.
